Job summary

USACS is seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiting Sourcer to design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for physician talent. The role centers on independent, data-driven recruitment across markets while partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

Remote position requiring deep sourcing expertise, strong ATS/CRM experience, and a track record of building candidate pipelines in a fast-growing clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing.
• At least 3 years of experience operating in a clinical industry supporting physician talent attraction.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality physician and advanced practitioner candidate leads using advanced sourcing strategies.
• Independently develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned markets, including difficult-to-fill clinical positions.
• Use market intelligence, candidate data and analytics to identify talent pools and recommend targeted approaches.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness via KPI analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Partner with Recruiters and stakeholders to align priorities and understand evolving sourcing needs.
• Attend strategy sessions to refine job-specific sourcing plans.
• Develop targeted outreach messaging aligned with brand standards and opportunities.
• Record all activity in CRM/ATS and enrich databases for ongoing talent attraction.
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques based on business needs.
• Share best practices and market insights with the team.
• Attend virtual and on-site recruiting events as needed
