Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter to coordinate interviews, guide recruitment staff, and manage physician candidate processes for multiple facilities. You will liaise with leadership, prepare recruitment plans, and ensure timely completion of credentialing and contracts.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or a business-related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Emergency Medicine/Hospital Medicine PHY/APP recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates and develops leads through advertisements, referrals, and various sources.
• Initiates contact and follows up with physician candidates; develops recruiting plans for vacancies.
• Coordinates interviews and screens candidates; evaluates fit and coordinates with Medical Directors.
