Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to manage the physician and provider recruitment cycle from start to finish. You will develop strategies and build relationships with Practice Partners and Operations Leadership in assigned markets to ensure recruitment aligns with business plans.

You will source candidates, negotiate offers, and provide routine updates on activity with full transparency. This role is remote with broad market exposure across AMSURG’s network.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with Bullhorn ATS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related recruiting experience or 20+ years non-clinical recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the physician and provider recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Practice Partners and Operations Leadership.
• Analyze physician volume and assist in strategic recruitment planning.
• Source candidates via cold calls and emails; maintain candidate records.
• Ensure 100% compliance with candidate data entry in the ATS.
• Conduct on-site interviews when needed.
