Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Recruiter for a remote role focused on Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.

You will partner with hiring managers to develop requisitions, source candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline across the country while maintaining high credibility and data integrity in the ATS. The role emphasizes excellent candidate experience, collaboration with clinical leaders, and ongoing process improvements within the Recruiting Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field or equivalent education/experience
• At least five years of physician recruiting experience
• Willingness to travel; valid transportation required
• Experience recruiting across all 50 states preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions and define position requirements
• Source, Recruit, and pre-screen candidates for multiple roles
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions and professional orgs to build talent pipelines
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and document records in the ATS
• Prepare and extend offers; provide weekly/monthly recruiting reports
• Collaborate with HR on process improvements within the recruiting team
• Travel up to 10–20% as required; perform other duties as assigned
