Advocate Health is seeking a data analytics professional for a full-time, remote role. You will direct multiple analytics projects, collaborate with clinical and administrative clients, and develop datasets and BI reports to support operational decisions.

You should have a health-related bachelor’s (or RN) and at least 2 years of healthcare data experience, with ECQM/quality metrics preferred. This position offers a strong total rewards package and remote work across multiple states.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in health-related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.
• Experience with ECQM and quality metrics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and executes multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches in partnership with the client.
• Creates population definitions to meet project needs and recommends data-balanced processes.
• Integrates data from multiple sources into a single analytical dataset.
• Develops reports using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
