Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a results-oriented data analyst within the Quality Abstraction department. The role is full-time, primarily remote, and involves leading multiple projects, collaborating with clients, and developing analytic approaches to healthcare data.

You will design population definitions, validate complex datasets, and deliver BI reports that support operational decisions. The position requires a health-related bachelor’s or RN, plus two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or be a Registered Nurse.
• Two years of experience in a health-related field are required.
• Strong data management and analytics skills with healthcare data familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects independently.
• Leads evaluation of service requests and clarifies business/technical issues with clients.
