Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN required.
• Minimum 2 years in health-related field.
• Healthcare data experience preferred (ECQM and quality metrics).
• Strong data management and BI/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluates service requests to clarify business/technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing interface with the client to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends data delivery methods to balance data needs and urgency.
• Uses statistics to describe and evaluate data for management action.
• Creates simple to complex BI reports for clients.
