Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote analyst to lead data projects and deliver insights from healthcare data. You will work with clients to understand business needs, develop analytic approaches, and produce BI reports that support strategic decisions.

Required is a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or RN, plus at least two years of health data experience. ECQM familiarity and quality metrics experience are highly valued. This is a full-time remote role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data strongly preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Evaluates a service request to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions.
• Recommends data delivery methods to meet client needs.
• Develops reports using BI tools and presents findings.
• Educates clients on clinical and financial data concepts.
• Guides clients through data quality and integration issues.
