AI Digital is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead and grow key client relationships across campaigns. You will serve as the daily contact, ensuring satisfaction from onboarding through ongoing management.

You will partner with the Ad Operations team, deliver detailed reporting with actionable insights, mentor junior managers, and stay ahead of industry trends to optimize results. This fully remote role emphasizes trust, ownership, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client service or account management within an advertising agency.
• Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate multiple client relationships as the daily contact throughout campaigns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Bridge clients with the Ad Operations team for onboarding, launches, and ongoing management.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting with actionable insights to clients.
• Proactively address client needs and resolve issues before they arise.
• Multitask across multiple campaigns to meet deliverables on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign success and leverage resources.
• Lead client-facing calls with strategies, results, and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform clients of developments that can enhance campaigns.
• Mentor junior Client Service Managers.
