AI Digital in the United States is seeking a proactive Client Services professional to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring deliverables are met on time and campaigns are accompanied by clear performance insights.

The role acts as the bridge between clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding through campaign execution, with a sharp eye for reporting details and a collaborative approach to drive client success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and project management tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work under time pressure.
• Collaborative team player with proactive attitude.

• Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring timely deliverables and communicating performance insights.
• Serve as liaison between clients and Ad Operations from onboarding through campaigns.
