Axios is seeking a Client Success Account Manager to lead post-sale account management for advertising campaigns. You will coordinate with multiple teams to develop and execute campaigns, provide data-driven optimization, and support pre-sale efforts with proposals and RFP responses.

The role requires a growth mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision. Hybrid remote option and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage cross-functional communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-sale account management for new and existing campaigns from kickoff to wrap.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Ad Operations and Partnerships on media plans and optimizations.
• Own campaign elements including kickoff, production, launch, and reporting.
• Pull reports and use analytics to optimize campaigns and renewals.
• Support pre-sale efforts with proposals, RFP responses, and media planning.
