SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead outbound strategy for international clients. This full-time, remote role aligns with EU hours and focuses on high-impact campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

You will research audiences, craft ICPs, and develop messaging flows with AI and human insight, while tracking KPIs and optimizing performance. A collaborative, fast-paced startup environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies.
• Proven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences with proof of work.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencers.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
• Perform audience research, industry research, and competitive analysis to understand USPs and market needs.
• Define targeting and ICP criteria for each campaign based on audience research.
• Create messaging for outbound campaigns using copy and AI and audience research.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to hit KPIs and improve leads.
• Identify and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies.
• Communicate with clients, create reports, and manage retention and upselling.
