Job summary

Leadcare AI is seeking an Operations & Client Success Manager to work closely with the founder and team, owning client relationships and guiding multiple campaigns. This hands-on leadership role keeps projects moving, ensures revenue is generated, and drives operational improvements in a fast-growing AI marketing environment.

You will coordinate campaigns, payments, and administration while building scalable processes and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agency, operations, client success or project management is valuable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow up on deadlines, monitor task completion, and hold team members accountable.
• Commercial awareness, including understanding of client retention and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Asana, Meta Ads, lead generation and appointment-booking funnels is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Retention: Manage day-to-day communication across multiple client accounts, respond to queries, schedule meetings, and provide regular progress updates.
• Project Management & Delivery: Coordinate onboarding, campaigns, projects, and ongoing client deliverables using Asana, and ensure timely completion.
• Operations & Administration: Track client payments, maintain commission records, and support payroll coordination and document organization.
• Team Coordination & Accountability: Monitor working hours, availability, and activity reports; ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Revenue Growth & Business Support: Identify upselling opportunities and help maintain visibility into client status and revenue-related activities.
