Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst, Senior who will partner with management and senior executives to maintain and optimize mortgage servicing counterparty relationships.

In this remote role, you will capture servicing requirements, prepare investor presentations, conduct ad hoc analyses, and support loan servicing transfers, change management, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or mathematics.
• 2–4 years in relationship management or client services.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day relations with external senior executives and internal partners.
• Capture servicing requirements and prepare investor presentations.
• Support loan servicing transfers, change management, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with CMS policies and procedures.
