Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Loan Administration Strategy Analyst to join our team and work from home. You will collaborate with Loan Administration leaders to map current and future business designs, deploy sustainable processes, and own delivery of projects from analysis through deployment.

You will gather requirements, build KPIs and dashboards, and lead cross-functional initiatives while ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) plus year’s mortgage servicing experience.
• Three (3) plus years’ experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in successfully managing projects under aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Loan Administration leaders to assess needs and develop solutions for growth.
• Coordinate projects and analyze business impact across stakeholders.
• Lead projects through the lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Ensure tasks are on time and on budget.
• Gather requirements and participate in solution design.
• Coordinate multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Create project communications plans for stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to improve performance.
• Conduct end-user testing for projects.
• Identify improvements and implement changes.
• Track requirements and ensure quality of solutions.
• Support training materials with servicing analysts.
• Demonstrate strong business knowledge and problem solving.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Interact with senior management as advisor.
• Organize and prioritize work schedules.
• Understand the application development lifecycle.
• Deliver presentations within the organization.
