Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to work with senior executives and internal partners to manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships and document servicing requirements.

You will create investor presentations, perform ad hoc analysis, support loan servicing transfers, and contribute to process improvements with a strong focus on confidentiality and CMS policy compliance. Remote work from home options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or mathematics.
• 2–4 years of relationship management or client services experience in mortgage servicing.
• Microsoft certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Develop investor presentations and track deliverables.
• Capture servicing requirements and ensure compliance.
• Assist in loan servicing transfers and change management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and manage project communications.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
