24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced, client-focused Account Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives, build trusted senior-level relationships, and drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of high-impact accounts in a fully remote role.

In this role you’ll translate client priorities into clear plans, guide cross-functional teams, ensure work is strategically strong, financially sound, and delivered to a high standard, while mentoring junior staff and staying ahead of industry

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services or account leadership.
• 3–5+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead strategic client conversations focused on value, growth, and long-term partnership.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client business across integrated marketing programs.
• Identify new opportunities and lead pitch development, presentation creation, and delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs, scopes, timelines, and project plans.
• Partner with senior creative, strategy, media, production, and account leaders to deliver high-quality work.
• Guide financial planning, forecasting, budget management, profitability, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure operational excellence, clear communication, and strong delivery across complex workflows.
• Mentor and develop junior account team members while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay ahead of client-industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen service offerings.
