Job summary

Silverback Strategies is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead strategic client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of key accounts. You will own client health end-to-end, translating performance data into actionable business outcomes, and collaborating with Paid Media, SEO, and Creative teams to drive growth.

This remote, nationwide role emphasizes big-picture thinking, proactive problem-solving, and a clear communication style with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years in client services or strategy at a digital/performance agency.
• Experience leading senior client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyze paid media data and translate into client insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for CMOs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own client strategy and connect marketing performance to business goals.
• Triangulate data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and CRMs to explain results.
• Maintain client health, monitor churn risk, and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive retention and revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and crisis management.
• Partner with delivery teams to create 3-month plans balancing performance and margins.
• Suggest process improvements to increase client value and reduce waste.
• Produce weekly thought leadership and client insights for the team.
