Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Representative for Alight Financial Services who will support customers with securities accounts, retirement planning, and education funding. The role requires knowledge of brokerage services, and the ability to troubleshoot, research issues and develop solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding clients on account types, plan rules, and IRA options, while building effective relationships with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years financial industry experience.
• Ability to educate callers on complex retirement and education funding concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select appropriate providers for After Tax Brokerage Accounts.
• Provide information on plan distributions, loans, investment choices and plan rules.
• Identify appropriate IRA types and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Navigate the PFC 529 site to retrieve information on college savings options.
• Build a knowledge base and clearly communicate the advisor relationship to employees.
