Qualifications

• FINRA SIE certification required; Series 6 and 63 licenses within 6 months.
• Defined Contribution or Qualified Plan experience in customer service/financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and accountability.
• Able to work under high pressure with seasonal high volume.
• Ability to ask probing questions and use data to guide customers.
• Active listening to understand articulated and unarticulated needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide financial education.
• Explain investment and payment options to plan participants.
• Guide on tools and services for plan participants.
• Explain effects of plan distributions, loans, and investment choices.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and develop solutions.
• Provide transactional support to plan participants.
• Focus guidance on both qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.
