Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems using data.
• Strong listening and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial education on retirement-related questions to plan participants.
• Explain investment and payment options for qualified and non-qualified plans.
• Offer guidance on tools and services for plan participants.
• Explain effects of distributions, loans, and plan rules.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions independently.
• Process transactional support to plan participants.
