Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Senior Non-Qualified Defined Contribution Customer Success Manager (Virtual) in Texas. This role consults with clients and internal teams on non-qualified plan administration, drives strategy with product leaders, and leads training on regulatory knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

You will stay informed on market trends and collaborate across departments to grow revenue in the non-qualified retirement benefits space. Travel to office locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in non-qualified defined contribution plan administration.
• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of stock and non-qualified deferred compensation and IRC 409A.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Consult with external clients and internal teams on non-qualified plan design and administration.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in the non-qualified space.
• Partner with product/tech teams to drive revenue and plan development.
• Prepare and present non-qualified solutions in client meetings.
• Develop and deliver internal training on non-qualified plans and legislation.
• Drive process improvements in non-qualified plan administration.
