Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Client Support Specialist II to join our Telehealth team. You’ll play an advanced role delivering client implementations, data management, and tailored system configurations while supporting ongoing client accounts.

You’ll collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Compliance, and Project Management to ensure high-quality service and successful client outcomes. Remote/hybrid/onsite options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational, customer service, or client relations experience OR 2+ years of client implementation/onboarding experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced client implementations and onboarding, including new client setups.
• Format, validate, import, and maintain client and medical network data.
• Manage complex client-specific system requirements and security settings.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with Compliance and other teams to ensure proper documentation.
