Job summary

Medcor Inc. seeks an experienced Client Support Specialist II for our Telehealth team. You will lead advanced client implementations, configure systems, and manage data to ensure exceptional service.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Compliance and PM to tailor solutions for clients. You’ll guide junior specialists, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain security and data integrity while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of operational customer service or client relations experience OR 2 years of client implementation/onboarding experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage and manipulate data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and work effectively within multiple software platforms and web-based tools.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients through phone and email.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: Prior client implementations or onboarding experience.
• Bonus: Experience in Workers’ Compensation or Occupational Health medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced client implementations and onboarding.
• Format, validate, import, and maintain client data with accuracy.
• Manage complex client system requirements and security settings.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues with clients and internal teams.
• Manage call review requests and ensure compliance documentation.
• Configure and maintain secure client authentication settings and system requirements.
• Provide guidance to Client Support Specialists I and II on setup procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet departmental quality standards and performance expectations.
• Take on additional projects as needed.
