Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Client Support Specialist II to join our Telehealth team. You will be an advanced member of the Client Support group, providing operational and technical support during client implementations, system configurations, data management, troubleshooting, and ongoing account support.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Compliance, and Project Management to deliver customized solutions and ensure high levels of client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational, customer service, or client relations experience OR 2+ years of client implementation/onboarding experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and manipulate data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and work effectively across multiple software platforms and web-based tools.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients via phone and email.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced client implementations and account configurations, including new client onboarding and customized system setups.
• Format, validate, import, and maintain client and medical network data with accuracy and integrity.
• Manage complex client-specific system requirements, security settings, and account updates.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot implementation issues and identify effective solutions.
• Manage call review requests and ensure documentation is submitted to Compliance.
• Configure and maintain secure client authentication settings and other system requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to Client Support Specialists I and II, including knowledge sharing and setup assistance.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet established departmental quality standards and performance expectations.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
