Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational, customer service, or client relations experience OR 2+ years of client implementation/onboarding experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills; ability to learn various software tools.
• Comfort communicating with clients by phone and email; team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced client implementations and onboarding activities.
• Format, validate, import, and maintain client and data records.
• Manage complex client system requirements and security settings.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues with clients and internal teams.
• Handle call review requests and document for Compliance.
• Configure secure client authentication and system settings.
• Mentor and support other Client Support Specialists I and II.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet departmental quality standards and performance targets.
• Take on additional projects as needed.
