Job summary

Vertex Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead for a contract-to-hire role with a hybrid setup to the Madison, WI office. Remote with travel may be considered for candidates outside the area.

You will establish and mature an enterprise Change Management practice, defining the strategy, operating model, and service offerings across the organization. The role leads the Business Change & Support Team and develops change policies and templates to enable scalable adoption.

Qualifications

• Establish, lead, and mature an enterprise Change Management practice with defined strategy and operating model.
• Develop and maintain enterprise change management policies, methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools.
• Lead and manage the Business Change & Support Team to align resources with business needs.
• Support development and implementation of change management strategies.
• Assess potential impacts of change on the business and evaluate risk factors.
• Design and execute activities to support change adoption across the business.
• Develop strategies to improve change methodologies and testing/validation.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and data licensing.
