Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Change and Communication Lead for a remote, temporary (W2T) engagement with travel to Chicago up to 10%. You will lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and strategy development across enterprise transformation programs.

You will develop and execute integrated change management, communications, and learning plans, create adoption materials, and monitor readiness and risks while partnering with program and market leaders to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating within established transformation programs and aligning across related workstreams.
• Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or mission-driven environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change strategy development.
• Develop and execute integrated change management, communications, and learning plans.
• Create communications, engagement materials, and targeted adoption strategies.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and develop support materials such as job aids and quick reference guides.
• Monitor, assess, and report on organizational readiness, adoption progress, and transformation risks.
• Partner closely with program and market leaders to support deployment planning and cutover readiness.Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk escalations to leadership teams.
