Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior OCM Lead to drive organizational change initiatives across strategic programs. This remote role collaborates with senior leaders to assess change portfolios, set governance, and define readiness metrics.

You will champion adoption and build lasting change capability while guiding executives through transformational efforts. You''ll bring 10+ years of change management experience, a track record of leading large transformations, and strong facilitation and

Competenze

• 10+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Significant experience leading large business transformations, operating model changes, or restructurings.
• A track record of working directly with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Strong facilitation, executive coaching, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Mansioni

• Assess the full change portfolio, including cumulative impact, organizational capacity, and risk
• Lead prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff conversations with senior leadership
• Build and maintain the people change strategy, guiding principles, and integrated change roadmap
• Set up governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating rhythms
• Coach executives and people leaders to lead their teams through significant change
• Define how readiness, adoption, and success will be measured at the program level
• Monitor change risks and readiness, and recommend interventions when needed
• Lead knowledge transfer and build lasting change capability inside the organization
