You will navigate Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer rules to support patients and providers, while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of Pharmacy and/or Medical Claims billing and coding experience.
• Clear knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payer policies.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact on inbound calls and determine needs.
• Create and complete enrollment applications with a sense of urgency.
• Scrutinize forms for missing information and update the database.
• Conduct outbound correspondence to support patient/program needs.
• Resolve patient questions and represent patient concerns about status.
• Maintain accurate notations for every interaction in the database.
