Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Frequent travel — over 75% within the southern region.
• Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales in Senior Services.
• Present healthcare services to potential patients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Engage in consultative selling to understand patient needs and tailor proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and referral partners.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor market trends and generate reports on sales performance and insights.
• Provide training and support to internal sales teams or partners on services and sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and manage sales pipelines.
