Caring, a SilverAssist unit, offers a remote Family Advisor role in the United States. You will handle 100–150 calls daily, guide seniors and families through care options, and manage referrals within a structured process.

The position requires a private home office, fast wired internet, and strong computer skills including Word/Excel; HubSpot CRM experience is preferred. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of documented sales success in a quota- or metric-driven environment.
• Experience with high call volume (100-150 calls per day) is preferred.
• Private home office space during working hours with distraction-free schedule.
• High-speed, wired internet connection.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to navigate a multi-window setup.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
• MacOS not required but encouraged; able to manage a softphone.
• Industry knowledge in senior care preferred; Spanish-English bilingual a plus.
