Job summary

SilverAssist is seeking a Caring Family Coordinator to remotely connect families with senior living options. You will work with community partners to coordinate referrals and tours, ensuring timely communication and effective engagement with care seekers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles, operations, or sales.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results in an independent telecommute environment.
• Industry knowledge in senior care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community referrals that match care seeker inquiries.
• Coordinate with partner communities to prep for referrals and engagement.
• Support Family Advisors by coordinating tours with partners and seekers.
• Monitor and address barriers to tour completion with internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with Family Advisors, partners, and stakeholders to align goals and share insights.
• Participate in pilot testing to refine the FC model and increase successful tours.
