Job summary

SilverAssist is seeking a Caring Family Coordinator to operate remotely and coordinate referrals for seniors seeking care options. You will liaise with partner communities, support Family Advisors, and help streamline tour coordination with care seekers.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing processes while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, business operations, or sales.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a telecommute environment.
• Experience in senior care industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community referrals that match care seeker inquiries.
• Coordinate with partner communities to prepare for referrals and ensure engagement.
• Support Family Advisors by managing tour coordination with partners and seekers.
• Monitor barriers to tour completion and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
• Align goals with Family Advisors, partners, and stakeholders to share insights.
• Participate in pilot testing to refine the FC model and boost tours and placements.
