Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Senior Business Systems Consultant to join the Direct Property Acquisition Experience (DPAX) team. You will shape requirements and collaborate across IT, data, QA, and carrier management to improve quoting and expand property product offerings for online and voice channels.

The role is remote with occasional travel to an office for meetings or training, and offers substantial compensation and a performance-based incentive program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems).
• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years in business systems (e.g., gathering and documenting requirements, ensuring compliance and security).
• Experience creating and documenting business system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and non-functional requirements for quotes and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with ITSM, Data Insights, Carrier Management, QA, and Direct Quoting to deliver new products and support production activities.
• Provide production support for property quoting and support cross-channel delivery.
