Job summary

Progressive is seeking a ServiceNow business systems consultant to lead process improvements and implement enhancements on the ServiceNow platform. You will act as SME between vendors, business areas, and project teams for support, system projects, and implementations, including handling service requests, defects, and change requests.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in business systems or seven years with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules, administration, configurations, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, or CSM and ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business System process improvements and implement ServiceNow enhancements.
• Serve as SME between vendors, business areas, and teams for support and projects.
• Provide support for service requests, defects, and change requests.
