LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented CPQ Business Analyst to bridge business and software teams for our CPQ platform. You will gather functional requirements, document pricing rules, and ensure agile delivery of enhancements.

You will partner with Pricing to refine CPQ requirements, translate complex pricing logic for developers, and validate functionality through testing and SME validation. Remote in the US or hybrid from a local office are supported.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; ISEB BA preferred.
• 3–7+ years IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM/KANBAN environments.
• Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.).
• Strong pricing, discounting or revenue management knowledge.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

• Gather and analyze data from working groups to document functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Pricing to document CPQ system requirements.
• Translate pricing logic into detailed technical requirements for developers.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Clarify requirements with developers and ensure correct implementation.
• Support testing, QA, and SME validation of delivered functionality.
• Maintain pricing logic, workflows, and system behavior documentation in CPQ.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes and capabilities.
• Assist in backlog prioritization and issue escalation with senior stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with subject matter experts and delivery teams.
