As a senior business systems consultant within Fleet & Specialty Programs' Process and Systems group, you will support strategic projects within the organization and have the opportunity to contribute to the future roadmap of the organization. You will work closely with the Product Management, Underwriting, and Operations teams, including Worker's Compensation, Medium Fleet, and FedEx, to update and maintain the product roadmap. You'll work on complex projects and system enhancements, consulting with a broad group of stakeholders. This position entails overseeing business requirements, testing, and managing backlogs as a Product Owner while contributing to enhancements within our Agile delivery teams. Our team cultivates a collaborative atmosphere across sales, underwriting, operations, accounting, and product areas.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.
A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).{OR}Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
$81,300- $131,200/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
