Progressive is seeking a senior business systems consultant within Fleet & Specialty Programs' Process and Systems group. You will oversee business requirements, testing, and backlog management as a Product Owner while supporting strategic projects and contributing to the future roadmap.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in business systems (integration, technology solutions, PM, process design).
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in business systems.
- Experience in Scrum and Product Owner roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee requirements, testing, and backlog management as Product Owner.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Underwriting, and Operations teams.
- Help update and maintain the product roadmap and coordinate stakeholders.
