Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist/Proposal Recruiter to support BD and capture activities. The role involves high-level project support for the VP of Business Development, candidate liaison, and coordination with recruiting and proposal teams.

Qualificações

• Eight (8) years of experience in the field or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Screen candidates and coordinate candidate communications.
• Facilitate proposal recruiting meetings and update recruiting spreadsheets.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with BD, Recruiting, Pricing, and HR.
• Gather data on location, candidates, and salary for opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline materials and NDAs/TA tracking.
• Coordinate resumes and capability statements for capture activities.
