Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience in the field or related area.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level project support to the VP of Business Development.
• Screens candidates and acts as liaison for position questions and letters of commitment.
• Prepares reports and maintains pipeline data for BD and capture activities.
• Coordinates with Business Development, Recruiting, Pricing, and HR to provide required information and support.
• Supports business development by gathering and organizing teammate and customer intelligence.
