Responsibilities

• Reviews and/or creates position requirements and screens candidates.
• Acts as candidate liaison for position questions and letters of commitment.
• Facilitates proposal recruiting meetings and updates proposal recruiting spreadsheet.
• Compiles and analyzes business opportunity data including location, candidate, and salary data.
• Prepares reports for management review.
• Collaborates with BD, Recruiting, Pricing, and HR to provide necessary information and support.
