Veristat is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to drive growth within existing accounts and new prospects, leading strategic planning, identifying sales opportunities, and guiding proposals and contracts through closure. You will prepare project-specific client presentations with cross-functional teams to demonstrate Veristat’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience selling services in CRO/pharma/biotech/life sciences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with proposal development, contract negotiation and closing a contract.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Prior Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand new business opportunities within established accounts and prospects.
• Lead the sales process through proposals, contracts, and closure.
