• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling scientific products/services directly to Crop Protection and Chemical or pharmaceutical/biotech segments.
• Preference for Master’s degree and hunter mentality.

Responsabilités

• Achieves annual sales plan and targets for assigned accounts/territory.
• Establishes and grows client relationships at appropriate levels; leads meetings and proposals.
• Uses CRM tools to manage customer information, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Travel 40-50% for conferences and client visits.
