Certis Biologicals in the Northeast region is seeking a Field Development Manager to lead field trial programs, generate performance data across multiple crops, and coordinate with academic partners and contractors.

You will train the regional sales team, present findings at conferences, and work with Product Development, Regulatory, and Marketing to support launches and market expansion. Remote work option with travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in crop protection or related field.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in product development, applied research, or technical sales in crop protection.
• Strong field research and experimental design skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory, up to 50%+.

Responsabilités

• Lead field trial programs to generate performance data across crops.
• Provide product knowledge training and technical support to regional sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, and Marketing on launches.
