Qualifications

5+ years of IT business analysis experience.
Able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience facilitating requirements sessions and interviews.
Experience with BPMN and process modeling methodologies.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and stakeholder interviews across business and technology teams.
Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, requirements docs, and technical specs.
Lead process mapping, discovery workshops, and improvement initiatives.
Support testing, including test planning, execution, and UAT coordination.
