Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT project delivery.
- Experience facilitating requirements sessions and workshops.
- Knowledge of BPMN and process mapping techniques.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements elicitation and workshops across teams.
- Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and specs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support testing, including UAT and test planning.
- Lead process discovery, mapping, and optimization initiatives.
