CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead a team within our Information Technology group. The role focuses on translating business requirements into precise designs and ensuring timely delivery of quality specifications, designs, and documentation.

The manager will mentor analysts, collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors, and drive process improvements across software development life cycles to support CLA’s clients and operations.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required; Planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of IT business analysts that serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of business stakeholders.
• Coordinates with IT and firm leaders to align priorities and strategies.
• Mentors and develops analysts and fosters collaboration and innovation.
• Oversees creation of functional specs, designs, mockups, and process maps for new or amended software tasks.
• Documents current and future state business processes and associated systems.
