Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead our IT-enabled initiatives within the Information Technology team. This role focuses on translating business needs into concrete designs, managing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The Manager will mentor analysts, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and project scope.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in business/functional/technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT business analysts to translate business requirements into design elements and specifications.
• Ensure delivery of functional specifications, designs, wireframes, and process maps for new or updated software.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to manage budgets, scope and timelines.
