Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Enterprise IT Team. The role translates business needs into technical requirements for modifications, implementations, or conversions of systems and processes.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help ensure solutions meet business goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in BPMN, SDLC, and UAT coordination.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT business analysis experience.
Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Experience working within Agile environments and with development teams.
Experience leading process improvement and mapping initiatives.
Experience supporting testing, QA, and UAT activities.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and workshops across business and tech teams.
Translate business needs into user stories, documentation, and specs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases and prioritize projects.
Lead process discovery, mapping, and future-state design to improve efficiency.
Plan, coordinate testing and UAT activities and support implementation.
